What Gregorio is
Gregorio.work operates a talent marketplace that connects senior Latin American engineers with companies in the United States, and explains every match with the evidence behind it.
Free for talent
Engineers never pay Gregorio anything — no fees, no commission on what you invoice, no paid tier. Companies pay the platform fee.
You work as an independent contractor
A mission is an independent contractor engagement between you and the company, on terms the two of you agree. Gregorio is not your employer and does not act as an employer of record.

The missions and pay ranges shown in the missions section correspond to open opportunities and may change. The people and quotes are illustrative compositions showing the kind of talent we look for; real talent appears only after choosing to participate.
We're still being built
Gregorio is pre-launch. Anything marked "soon" isn't available yet, and the service may change while we build it. Pre-registering doesn't guarantee a mission.
