What we collect
The CV or LinkedIn text you paste, the file you attach if you attach one, and the contact details you choose to submit: your name, email and optionally your WhatsApp number. Plus anonymous usage data about how the site is used.
Why we collect it
To build your profile, match you to missions and write to you when one fits. That's it. We don't sell your data, we don't rent it, and we don't add you to a newsletter.
Who can see it
Companies see your profile without your surname or your contact details until you agree to an interview. Nobody can contact you outside the platform before that, and we never share your data with a company you haven't said yes to.
Where the AI fits in
The text you paste is sent to our AI providers (Google and Groq) so it can be structured into a profile, and it is processed for that purpose only. If you'd rather not have your text processed this way, write to us instead of using the form.
Cookies and analytics
We store a language preference, an anonymous visitor id and an A/B variant so the site behaves consistently for you. Usage is measured with PostHog and Vercel Analytics, plus our own first-party event log. No advertising trackers.
Deleting your data
Write to hello@gregorio.work and we delete your profile and contact details. You don't have to give a reason, and we'll confirm when it's done.
