What we collect
The CV or LinkedIn text you paste, the file you attach if you attach one, and the contact details we read from them or you enter: your name, email, phone/WhatsApp, GitHub and LinkedIn, and your photo if the CV carries one. Plus anonymous usage data about how the site is used. If you do an interview with Gregorio, also the video, the audio and the transcript of your answers; if you have a live interview with a company on the platform and it is recorded (everyone accepts that before joining), the recording and its transcript.
Why we collect it
To build your profile, match you to missions and write to you when one fits. That's it. We don't sell your data, we don't rent it, and we don't add you to a newsletter.
Consent and legal basis
By uploading a CV or LinkedIn and using this site, you consent to us processing and storing this data to build your profile and contact you about missions, as described here. You can withdraw consent and ask us to delete everything anytime: hello@gregorio.work.
Who can see it
Companies see your profile without your surname or your contact details until you agree to an interview. Nobody can contact you outside the platform before that, and we never share your data with a company you haven't said yes to. What you answer Gregorio about your skills stays on your profile, dated, and is seen by the companies that already have you by name in their process: the question, your answer and the video, without saying which company asked. A company's own questions are seen by that company only. Your anonymised profile on the Gregorio Network shows what those answers verified, never the video. A company that holds your CV in its talent base may add you to the Gregorio Network with your anonymised profile; if it does, we email you saying which company it was, and you can leave the network whenever you want from your account: leaving removes you from every search at once. Your English conversation with Gregorio works the same way: the companies that have you in their talent pool or in a candidatura see your estimated level and its date, and may open the answers that support it (the questions, your answers on video and audio, and what Gregorio noted in each) to check the estimate. The internal scores and how the estimate is computed are never shown. Every time a company opens them is logged, and the Network shows the level only.
Where the AI fits in
The text you paste is sent to our AI providers (Google and Groq) so it can be structured into a profile, and it is processed for that purpose only. If you'd rather not have your text processed this way, write to us instead of using the form. Your profile photo, if you don't upload one, may come from your CV or from a still of one of your interviews where you can be seen clearly; a dark still is brightened first. If none serves, we may generate with AI a portrait from those stills that keeps your likeness, and we use it only if it truly looks like you. To pick the still or generate the portrait, a few stills from your video are sent to Google only to check that a face is visible and facing the camera, and to generate and verify that portrait, and they are processed for those purposes only. Cookies and analytics
We store a language preference, an anonymous visitor id and an A/B variant so the site behaves consistently for you. Usage is measured with PostHog and Vercel Analytics, plus our own first-party event log. No advertising trackers.
Deleting your data
Write to hello@gregorio.work and we delete your profile and contact details. You don't have to give a reason, and we'll confirm when it's done.
